On Wednesday, January 21, 2015, OPSEU members held an information picket outside ServiceOntario offices at 1201 Division Street. They were picketing to get their message out; Premiere Wynne, we deserve a fair contract and privatization is a fail.

It was a bright and cold lunchtime hour but that didn’t deter OPSEU members.  There was a strong showing of members which is very encouraging.  Many came from surrounding OPS offices such as (and not limited) to John-Counter Blvd, 1055 Princess Street, MCB, and other locations.  There were solidarity guests from other areas of OPSEU as well (including our Retirees Division).  Even CKWS showed up to take a little video of the picket.  But what was more encouraging was the feedback from members of the community giving their support.

Please take a moment or two and share this post on your Facebook wall, on Twitter, or in an email to friends and family.  Get our message across.  We deserve a fair contract and privatization costs more than if we do it ourselves!
