The OPS strike vote has been concluded in accordance with OPSEU policy. The results are clear decisive. The result: A strong vote in favour of strike action, if necessary.

Central: 90%. Yes

Corrections: 96%  Yes

Unified:  88%. Yes

This result indicates strong support for the OPSEU negotiating committee and contract proposals. It also marks clear opposition to concessions tabled by the Employer.‎

The OPS bargaining teams will proceed with confidence as they engage in negotiations with the Employer.
