For those who are a little unfamiliar with the contract, it is broken down into sections; Central, Unified, and Corrections.  You will notice this on on the OPSEU.org page.  This occurs because  within the OPS there are different sections and OPSEU represents office staff, corrections officers, front line workers, etc who work directly as an OPSer.  So take some time to read all the proposals because these negotiations affects more than me or you.  It could affect someone working out in the bush for MOE or a guard at a jail or front line staff at Service Ontario etc.
